Flights, Accomodation and Transfers

Acardent appreciates helping you with any requirements in Turkey.  You might have not traveled to Turkey earlier so do not hesitate to ask any questions and information about your dental holiday. You can either organize your travel by yourself or request a whole travel plan from our specialists for free. When you decide latter, our reservation department arranges your itinerary depending on your suitability.

Firstly, the department helps you with flight options. Flight tickets are not included in prices. They search for cheaper flights and let you know about the details. Purchasing transaction is not executed because credit card details are required. Convenient flight dates are suggested by the department and you buy your own tickets luxuriously. There are regular direct flights from nearly all European and UK metropolises to Antalya Airport (AYT). We also recommend you to look up airlines’ websites or other travel sites like Skyscanner, Expedia to find the best deals suitable for yourself.

Secondly, the department can make a hotel booking on your behalf for any hotel you wanted. In this case, you might get special prices according to the availability of the hotel. If you need we also collaborate with some partner hotels possessing three, four or five stars as well as guest houses and hostels appealing to every budget. No prepayment is asked; you pay at check-in.  Please remember, accommodation is covered in package deals.

Thirdly, transfers between airport-hotel-clinic for all appointments, including professional guide service, are free of charge by Acardent. When you landed the airport our licensed guide will be waiting for you in arrival hall with a board. S/he helps you first hand in order to make your travel comfortable and hassle-free.

Lastly, you may arrange all travel stages by yourself. Let us know which hotel you are staying at. We meet you at your hotel reception and transfer you to our clinic. The treatment plan is customized face to face in Acardent Clinic.
